Welcome to the Mchenry Pack 131 Website!

We are Cub Scout Pack 131! A youth development organization for K-5 Boys and Girls in Mchenry, IL 
We have scouts from Edgebrook, Hilltop, Riverwood, & Valley View D15 schools.

Join us on the 1st Thursday of the month (Sept-May) 6:30PM @ First United Methodist Church in Mchenry, IL. 
Pack 131 is one of the oldest units in Mchenry County, incorporated June 1, 1953.
We are a very active unit with an emphasis on camping and community service. Monthly Pack hikes and great family events year-round!

Luminaria Walk

Dec 6th 4:30 start at the Crystal Lake Nature Center

This will count as a Pack hike (1Mile) after the trail walk there will be Hot Cocoa and Cookies, candy canes and bonfires to warm up by. 

Nature Center Candy Cane Forest, Carolers, Visit with Mrs. Claus

$1 per person/$5 max per family donation appreciated for future Nature Center education programs

Roundtable 12-11-25

Roundtable is a resource meeting for registered leaders to obtain valuable program information they can bring back to their units. Topics and resources covered include monthly program planning, supplemental training, the opportunity to network with other leaders, printed materials, and information on upcoming activities and events.

Sycamore District (Mchenry County) Roundtable meets at 7:00pm on the second Thursday of each month with the exception of July when there is no meeting scheduled.
